Over the last 10+ years, I’ve led teams through scale, chaos, transformation, and growth - and I’ve seen firsthand what happens when operations are built around people, not just process.

​Lessons from the Lions

Years ago, I was trained to work with lions...real ones. When they exhibited unwanted behaviors, we were taught to tell them to “change their mind,” not force compliance. That silly philosophy has stayed with me. While redirection may work with lions, humans need something more: support, structure, and challenge in the right balance. That’s where I come in. I bring clarity, calm, and fierce accountability, all rooted in empathy.
